Therapy Your Way – When, Where, and How You Want It
Virtual therapy is not that different from in-person therapy – except the couch you’re lying on might be your own, or “the couch” might be the seats in your car during your lunch break.
Virtual therapy is still two people having a conversation, but with more flexibility for you.
We’ll conduct the majority of our teletherapy sessions with both video and audio, but if necessary, we can make arrangements for audio-only calls, as well. You can have your session using a computer, smartphone, laptop, or tablet.
Since it’s mobile, we’ll base our flexible scheduling on what works best for you, and we can fit it into your schedule – no matter how busy!
The More, The Merrier
We also offer virtual communities: therapeutically structured to be welcoming, encouraging, supportive, and even enjoyable.
We conduct these using text and video messages and live video and audio calls.
